My daughter is only 5 weeks and as a result - she is constantly on my mind and i can't help but call every few hours just to know how she is doing.
So we put the phone to her ear and I whispered softly to her: "Hello my little lady. how are you my princess? Mommy misses you and loves you so very much, more than you will ever know. You be a good girl now hey?"
her response?

a cute little gurgle followed by a bottom-lip quivering cry.
oh man!
To know she knows its her mom on the phone and to hear her start crying cos she misses me just as much as i do. damn thats gotta hurt.
